In the Metro Manila area: Makati (preschool to high school) Malabon (all levels) Manila City (preschool to high school) Marikina (all levels) Muntinlupa (all levels) Navotas (preschool to high school) Pasay (preschool to high school) Pateros (all levels) Quezon City (all levels) Valenzuela City (preschool to high school) In other provinces: Bataan (all levels) Calumpit, Bulacan (preschool to high school) Hagonoy, Bulacan (preschool to elementary) Malolos, Bulacan (preschool to elementary) Obando, Bulacan (all levels) San Miguel, Bulacan (all levels) Sta. Maria, Bulacan (preschool to high school) Cavite (all levels) Ilocos Norte (preschool to high school) Laguna (preschool to high school) Nueva Ecija (all levels) Angeles City, Pampanga (preschool to high school) San Fernando City, Pampanga (preschool to high school) Rizal (preschool to high school) The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said signal no. 3 is now hoisted over Cagayan including Babuyan and Calayan Group of Islands, Apayao, Ilocos Norte, Abra, Kalinga, Isabela, Mt. Province, Ilocos Sur and Ifugao. Signal no. 2, meanwhile, covers Batanes Group of Islands, La Union, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Pangasinan, and Nueva Ecija.
