Class this evening was mean.....The 30lb in 30 days challenge is in full swing. Those half burpees, regular burpees, & weighted burpees are serious...Dont forget the pushups, the pushups, & the elevated pushups with dumbbells. Then it was the squat press, and last but not least we work that core with in/outs, bicycle crunches, heels to the heaven, & ab scissors. It was a dynamic workout by the entire group.
