Classic. A bunch of lawyers dream up another class action suit, this time against Apple (NYSE symbol $$$$). They struggle to find a lead plaintiff (ie someone who actually bought an iPod in the right timeframe and could therefore plausibly have been injured). They manage to find one in the last week before the trial (fourth times the charm!). They win nothing. So... when do we get loser pays legislation across the country to stop this crap?
