Clean Eaters vs IIFYM Eaters. Both are two different approaches towards nutrition. But very very similar. Clean Eaters approach is eating clean healthy foods 5-8 times a day depending on goals, limitations and lifestyles. And once a week clean eaters have a cheat meal. And extra 250-500 calorie meal. IIIYM Eaters approach is eating 80-90% of clean healthy foods with focus on hitting macros based on goals, limitations and lifestyles. While enjoying a piece of the pie with out the guilt. And once a week IIFYM eaters have a Reefed day. And extra 50-150 grams of carbs on that day. So both approaches a very similar. Both approaches work for people. The key is to find what works for you. But you have to know your body. We are all different so what works for somebody else. Doesnt mean it will work for you.
