Clean India Mission not reached Navi Mumbai. This is the scene outside the S Patil Udyan, Kopar Khairane, an open garbage spot, never totally and completely by the NMMC, so that people where to throw. Worse is that it is just outside the gate to the garden, and the garbage trucks park there as if by right, so entry to the garden is also subject to smell, and possible spillage of the garbage from the open truck onto the passers by. I will show the truck next week :p
