Clean your fridge, be organized and try to always have food ready to eat. I usually always have boiled eggs ready, keep the shell on they keep longer. Wash your grapes put them in tupperware. Chop some veggies and wash and cut your salad! Planning your meals in advance is the key to a healthy lifestyle. If you only exercise you wont get results you have to eat clean most of the time. Fat loss is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. Have a great first day of the year !!
