Cleaning Manager - South Wales A & R Cleaning Services - Bridgend A&R Contract Cleaning Specialist Ltd are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and hard working individual to lead our expanding team of cleaners. You will be working very closely with the directors of the company and reporting back to them. You will also be required to: - Overseeing contracts to ensure high service standards are met. Build strong relationship with clients. Monitor cleaning work undertaken by staff and supervise to ensure standards are maintained. Order equipment as required. Responsible for making site visits to ensure the premises are being cleaned to the expected standards, supervise staff to ensure standards are maintained. Ensure staff have the equipment for the role; order supplies when necessary. To ensure all contracts are fully staffed and fulfil our contracted hours. Check the premises are being cleaned to the expected high standard, audit cleaning levels and provide staff with feedback and training where necessary. Regularly liaise with the client to ensure the standards are as expected and they are satisfied with the service. Deal with complaints quickly and exceed expectations. Ensure all sites have the required Health and Safety documentation and policies. Monitor staff hours, holidays and performance; report any variations or concerns to HR and Payroll. Ensure each site has sufficient cover for holidays or absences. Monitor stock levels and order supplies and equipment for sites if required. Update the Key Account Manager of each sites standards, raise any issues or concerns to ensure service standards are maintained and exceeded.
