Cleaning recap--vacuum out or dust off the vent fan in your bathroom 15 min de-clutter--set a timer for 15 mins...clean off a flat surface in your home that seems to gather stuff. Clear it off and set something pretty in its place or just enjoy the emptiness. Remove the items from the bottom of your vanity in the bathroom. Wipe out the vanity, quickly check for any leaking pipes and only put things back other there that you use. If you keep forgetting certain items are there, move those to the front so you see them more. Clean the light fixtures and mirror in the bathroom. Remove all the bottles of shampoo and soap etc from the shower/bath area. Give the shower a good scrub with a baking soda paste. For those who have a hard time cleaning the shower, a mop works well to scrub the walls without having to lean over the bathtub. While you are at it, toss the shower curtain and liner in the washer. Both wash up well, just hang back up on the shower hooks to dry. Add 2 cups of vinegar to the tank of your toilet today and let it sit about 2 hours (or overnight tonight) The vinegar will help dissolve calcium deposits and make the toilet parts work longer.
