Cleanliness is imperative ....... Our transplant nurse and both oncologists have talked to Shelly and I about cleanliness. We know it is next to Godliness.... They are concerned specifically about how clean our home will be for Shellys return after her transplant. They are worried about bacteria. We have been given instructions such as: no animals, no live plants or flowers, having the house professionally cleaned. I made an appointment to have the rugs and furniture cleaned next week. I washed, dried and ironed all the curtains in the house today. Shelly got a facial today and I got my hair cut. Shelly is going to have Bree ONeill shave her head next week. She said that she would rather have it shaved than to fall out in glumps. We have a big day tomorrow at UC Davis.
