Clearly I am not the only one having MASSIVE problems with Web Africa! But I would also just like to have my rant, as Web Africa deserve it! As a company that promises great internet service and customer service, you FAIL! Your consultants are slack, your accounts department does not know which way is up from down and your technical support clearly have no idea what they are doing. The amount of time I have been on hold while waiting for assistance is insane! So with that said, I will now be cancelling your non-service, and will be sharing this update on Facebook, Twitter and hell, might even do Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn! Who ever is considering an internet service provider, please do yourself a favour and steer away from Webafrica!
