Clearly some people at SELF Magazine didnt do their homework. And so far, apologies have come only in the form of social media. If SELF were smart, theyd do a full-page feature on Monika and Glam Runner in the next issue, highlighting empowerment, charity and the grit that it takes to run a marathon while fighting cancer. SELF should look at publishing inspirational stories instead of putting women down on some stupid BS Meter for running marathons in tutus.
