Clerical/Support Staff (Rocklin, CA) compensation: part-time non-profit organization A Northern California Non-Profit Corporation has a Clerical Support Staff position available. We are an established Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation based out of Rocklin and are looking for a dynamic clerical support staff to join our team on a part-time basis! Position could eventually evolve to a full time position depending on experience and pursuit of credentials. This can be an extremely fast paced environment, and we need a candidate that is able to keep up with the demands of this industry. We are looking for an individual who can work effectively in a team environment or independently, who is detailed oriented, can effectively multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a great attitude and can assist other office personnel as needed. Must be able to quickly adapt to our current procedures, and with time, help improve them. Utilization of our computer systems and database software for extreme organization is a must. Primary duties will remain the same from day to day. However, secondary duties will fluctuate by the minute, and we need and individual who is able juggle many projects, and prioritize work accordingly. The position includes but is not limited to the following; • Scan and organize confidential client documents as well as departmental files into our database • Provide clerical support to staff members as directed • Operate office equipment and complete general office work • Work on special projects, as required • Arrange indexed documents according to an established system • Archiving files as needed • Locate and remove materials from files or binders as needed Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications; • Knowledge of Tax Credit and Rural Development a plus • Ability to recognize and review Real Estate and Legal documents • Consistent punctuality and dependability • Professional appearance in accordance with business casual dress code • Ability to take direction and follow through to achieve measurable results • Able to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), scanning, and database programs • Must be assertive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational abilities • Team player comfortable in a small office environment • Strong Customer Service and Phone Skills • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written Criminal background check will be conducted prior to hire. Hours will be 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday. This position has a lot of upward mobility and has the potential to turn into full-time. Only serious candidates need apply.
