Clerics have issued a fatwa allowing people in Syria, including the many Palestinian refugees, to eat dogs, cats, and donkeys as they are starving to death. The Palestinian Yarmouk camp (and Homs, Damascus, and elsewhere) has specifically been forced to resort to these extreme measures as the camp has been besieged, with no basic necessities entering the camp (including medicine, flour, milk, etc.). Entire families are starving to death, and these children are malnourished. Where is the world? Where are the Arab and Muslim nations? This is inhumanity at its finest.
