Clerk E.T.Systems - Cape Town, Western Cape Product Support Department E.T. Systems, a leading automation and access control company, requires a qualified and experienced person to fill the above position at their busy Product Support Department situated in Observatory. MAIN JOB DUTIES: Capture Job Cards on Pastel. Communicate the status of product repairs to other departments and clients. Maintain and update the department filing system. Daily telephonic and over the counter interaction with clients. Assist with client hospitality at training workshops every second Saturday morning. Assist with monthly stock take in the department. Prepare a weekly inventory list of quarantine store items for department manager. Occasionally relieve the receptionist on the switchboard. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 certificate. At least one year’s previous experience in a similar role. Competent in MS Office. Data capturing experience using Pastel Evolution (Point of Sale) or a similar frontline accounting software package. Fluent in both English & Afrikaans. A valid driver’s licence. KEY COMPETENCIES: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work through problems logically and systematically.
