Clerk Who Helped Exonerate Innocent Man FIRED : ( ok , this video is hopefully a big eye opener. A judge apparently fires a 70 year old clerk, 9 months before she was to retire from a 34+ year long career as a clerk. So she loses her benefits... And the reason she was fired was because she helped a man clear his name with a DNA test. Without her help he would not have known how to fill out the proper paperwork. Our justice system fired her for this. The man list 30 years of his life for a crime he did not commit. Yet he was convicted by our justice system, lost 30 years of his life, gets exonerated, but the woman who helped him from within our justice system apparently broke a rule and was fired for that. Fired for assisting in the release of an innocent man after 30 years of incarceration ).
