Clermont has a strong and proud rugby league history and amongst this is an abundant of bears with tales of great victory, narrow loss and all that comes in between. One man who has been around to play a part in many generations of the Bears History from being a player through to being inducted as a Life Memberis Mr Ivan Bettridge. Ivan who is still seen at Bear Park regularly is a proud member of our club and one of our grrreatest supporters and this incredibly written article captures his green and gold essence. Special mention also to Carolyn Moriarty who continues to deliver high quality material to the QRL as their local correspondent for the Central Highlands.
