Cleveland Police Changes Social Media Profile Pictures in Missing Man Appeal Scott Fletcher went missing from Hartlepool three years ago today and police continue to appeal for vital clues to trace him. As part of that appeal and to raise further awareness we have changed our Facebook profile picture and banner for three hours today. You will also see changes on our Twitter page. Scott’s mother Julie is in turmoil and wants to know what happened to her son, who was last seen in a layby near to Wheatley Hill in Durham on May 11th 2011. Scott has links to the Traveller community and to the Liverpool and Cumbria areas. Please help the appeal by sharing this information on Facebook.
