Lay on your back, arms at your side, with your legs up at table top position (knees at a 90 degree angle) 2. Straiten your R leg out stopping with your heel about 2 in off the ground 3. Follow with your L leg 4. Pull your R leg in back to table top 5. Follow again with your L leg 6. REPEAT this time leading with your L leg (alternate the leading leg with each rep) Remember the keep your core tight pulling your belly botton in and up and press your lower back into the floor and keep your head in the floor.
