Homemade Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. black strap molasses 1/8 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1 pinch garlic powder 3/4 c. water Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir together with whisk. Bring to a rolling boil on medium heat. Once it reaches boil, reduce to low and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Allow to completely cool before placing into an airtight container. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Will last about 2 weeks in refrigerator. Shake well before each use.
