Why are we doing this? My 12 year old son suffers from a chronic illness called Eosinophilic Esophagitis. His body thinks food is a foreign object and it attacks itself. He can only eat a few foods by mouth and gets his main nutrition from a special formula via a g-tube (tube in his stomach). Every summer there is a big medical conference where my son can hang out with kids just like him. We were able to attend in 2012 and for a few days my son didn’t feel so alone. My goal every year is to sell enough items to pay for us to attend this conference which takes place in different parts of the US.
