Client Delivery Manager - London - send your CV to hello@eyespyrecruitment As a member of our growing global Client Delivery practice, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of Company services to customers across the UK and Europe. Specific Responsibilities Manage the onboarding of new customers to Jumio by conducting kick-off meetings with business and project teams. Client relationship management, including expectation and scope management during implementation. Host and direct both product and technical discussions with the assistance of others to educate new customers. Documentation of client meetings and phone calls summarizing status and agreements. Oversight of client issues and incidents, including tracking, escalation, reporting and resolution, which may require interfacing with multiple Jumio teams. Maintain client satisfaction, timeliness and quality in deployment and support execution. Skills / Qualifications 5+ years experience managing external customers, preferably within a Consulting or IT Managed Services organization. Familiarity with client contractual agreements and delivery SLAs. Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Crisis and conflict management skills. Ability to prepare clear, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences. Knowledge of web and/or mobile technologies preferred to include basic understanding of API, HTTP, SSL, SDK and transactional processing. Knowledge of payment and/or identity management industry is preferred but not required. PMP preferred but not required. Experience managing small to medium projects required.
