Client Services ExecutiveNantwich, Prem, up to £17k DOE KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive for our client based in Nantwich Cheshire. Our client delivers Management Consultancy services responsible for managing vehicle fleets throughout the UK and is currently embarking on an exciting phase of aggressive expansion and we are keen to recruit a hard working, enthusiastic, career focused individual. The successful candidate will provide a full complement of Fleet Management support services. This position is a primary support role for all day-to-day customer/driver contact and you will be involved in every aspect of the fleet management process, with a determination to exceed targets and service levels. The Role/Responsibilities: • To be the primary point of contact for customer employees and suppliers, and to deliver service excellence within a busy environment. • To carry out all administrative tasks and duties relating to the role, answering incoming calls, assisting customers and resolving queries on the same call/day. • To develop and maintain sound relationships with our customers and suppliers and to make management aware of any relevant issues which cannot be rapidly and effectively resolved. • Provide accurate and up to date reporting and analysis on a regular basis. • Be aware of Duty of Care and Health & Safety considerations associated with managing a vehicle fleet. • To update and maintain the Motor Insurance Database across a number of clients. • To carry out day-to-day fleet-related tasks including obtaining and issuing vehicle tax discs, cost centre coding, invoice approval, document validation, payroll submission and verification, issuing vehicle finance quotes and booking courtesy / hire vehicles. Whilst ensuring external suppliers comply with pre-determined service levels. • To develop comprehensive and highly efficient customer service delivery, operating in compliance with client specific SLAs and KPIs and requirements, and to work with fellow team members to achieve set targets and objectives. Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications/Skills • Experience of office administration - essential • Customer service - essential • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines • Accuracy and attention to detail • Fleet management experience preferred, but not essential Salary and Benefits • Free company healthcare scheme • Free life assurance • 22 days annual holiday per annum Katie Donneley
