We are named among the top 20 Hedge Fund Administrators globally and provide hedge funds and commodity pools with Fund Administration services among other services. We announce the opening of the position of Investor Services Associate, a role within our Registrar and Transfer Agency Services where the qualified candidate will be assisting the day-to-day operations team booking transactions for Investors within our client Funds, answering both Investor and Fund inquiries, preparing various reports and correspondence, and maintaining files and databases and verifying financial data. The role will also be responsible for providing administrative support such as organizing records, handling inquiries and other items including answering telephone calls related to our business development team. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and the ability to make good business decisions. An Accounting background and knowledge of banking products and previous banking or investment/securities experience will be helpful. Position will involve occasional client-facing contact at our offices in meetings and will require an outgoing, professional demeanor. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the financial services industry, with a core competency in banking or investments and securities or insurance. Bachelors degree Ability to manage an intensive client workload, meet demanding filing and other deadlines, and strike a harmonious balance between maintaining positive client relationships and effective delivery of the required services Ability to work comfortably with technology such as our internal investor relations platform, software such as external verifications vendors and the standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
