Client charged with a drug conspiracy involving meth and cocaine. He is in the apartment when the agents arrive and search. Today we picked a jury, made our opening arguments and went to lunch. Before the first witness is called, the government dismissed the case. Judge commented: That was a helluva opening statement Jay. Client, mother, sister and girlfriend had a nice cry.
