Client @cstock0906 utilizing circuit training with compound movements to build lean quality muscle and burn fat in one sitting. Exc #1 - Decline Push ups w/ stability ball knee tucks - emphasizes chest, lower chest, shoulders, triceps, core, lower core - 30 seconds - clean form rep till failure. Exc #2 - L chair Chin Ups - emphasizes rhomboids, back, biceps, forearms, core - 30 seconds clean form until failure. Exc #3 - Kettlebell Swing w/ KB upright rows - emphasizes lower back, hips, glutes, quads, hams, and delts. - 30 seconds clean form until failure. 15 second breaks in between. 1 minute break after one rotation, repeat circuit. Try this circuit out.! Train Different!
