Client has asked what the best nuts to snack on are, I generally buy a mixed bag and limit myself to a handful at times when I feel peckish and then wash them down with a 500ml water to suppress my appetite; as while they are generally a high protein snack they also are sadly the same in mono-saturated fats and calories (for those that count). Everything in moderation people..........generally speaking.
