Clients - First, let me thank you again for your participation and success so far at Cycling Center Dallas. Youve shown consistency arriving and participating, and I believe youre building momentum towards a great season. That said, I need to be clear about a few things regarding attendance at the studio. We have a bathroom and a dressing room in the back with a curtain. Please DO NOT enter the bicycle storage room for any reason. Only coaches and CCD staff may enter that room due to liability concerns. When you enter the studio, please DISCREETLY make your presence known to any coach in the studio so that we can acknowledge you. We are frequently working with clients and have our backs turned to the door. Please have ALL of your bike gear and kit on the stand and on your body within 15 minutes prior to class starting, so that you can properly mount the bike and begin warming up. Take your personal items with you at the trainer stand. The safety and security of your personal belongings cannot be guaranteed in any other location. Professional decorum requires that all clients wear a shirt or jersey of some type at all times. Bare chests and bib straps are not appropriate. Please mop up your sweat when finished. Please remember to pick up your litter and dispose of it in the trash can. Thank you again, we appreciate your patronage and look forward to working with you in 2014 and beyond!
