Cliff H says - Love this picture, the top one was taken right before we started our plexus Journey October 2013. I am in the black and white shirt. Weighing in at 365 a month prior (yikes and was not losing at all so who knows what I weighed then ) now I am down 105 pounds since then and my blood pressure and sugar and cholesterol are all in check my chronic pain is almost gone and constant indigestion is gone. I actually can enjoy my jalapeno peppers once again lol. But I think our greatest accomplishment has been to introduce many friends and family to Plexus . This is an outreach to people, Marli and I love our plexus life and pray that each and everyone out there feels the same way . Its all about a better life embrace it, and give thanks for it, giving God the glory..
