Climb the remaining 36 thousand metric tons of Black Sand stockpile in siezed Processing Plant in Sitio Namnama, Tamorong, Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur. Photo taken Ilocos Sur Motorcade Expolsure in the MIning Site, Aug 17, 2013. During the period of October 2012 to May 2013, a weekly shipment of black sand minerals in Salomague Port, Cabugao and Currimao Port, Ilocos Norte, a minimum of one shipload of 50 thousand metric tons, or $60 million per shipload, in 32 weeks of 8 months, was stolen from Ilocos Sur. That is plunder or thief in the highest order, devastating our coastal lands.
