Clinic started and ended a little rough today. When they pushed his first and last flush it made him sick (some say that it tastes like salt or a mucus-y drainage in the back of their throat) and caused him to vomit. But other than that, it was a pretty good and quick appointment. Drakes counts and organ function were good today... So good that they increased the amount of chemo that he received. Lucky him! If all goes as planned, we only have two more clinic appointments before he goes to maintenance! This is a big milestone for Drake. The intense treatment is coming to an end soon!!!!
