Clinic was good! Doms labs look great. Growth and weight gain were not as good as they would like, so they are increasing his sugar and protein. TPN will be run over 18 hours, instead of 20, so hell get 6 hours unhooked. We are going to try immodium in an attempt to slow down Dominics output. This would allow us to move up on feeds. We did get a slight increase in feeds, from 40mls to 45mls. Not a big increase, but this is not surprising. Dominic is putting out more than an ounce more per hour than they would like. This means he could easily become dehydrated, which can lead to very serious complications for a TPN dependent kiddo. Overall, Dom is doing very good and we have some positive changes coming our way. Hoping to see some good results with the immodium. Our flight leaves at 1:05pm tomorrow and we should arrive in Detroit at 5:35pm. Cant wait to get home and spend the weekend with my family! ❤️
