Clinical Study Start-Up Specialist (37245) - Surrey ASAP for minimum 6 month contract Potential to be home based with regular trips to office. Directly contributes to country study start up activities in the conduct of study feasibility, site assessment, contract and budget negotiations and overall site start-up. Give support as needed for negotiation, preparation, compilation, accuracy review and correction of sites’ Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets including obtaining necessary approval(s) to ensure fully executed CTA in the defined timelines. Partners with asset lead(s), CTSC Area/country leads, COLS, iSDLs, CRPM Ops leads/CROSLs and RU Clinicians for the optimal country level allocation in support of the business needs. Accountable for operational, technical, logistics and contractual support to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Study Start up activities for Client clinical trials at the country level in partnership with strategic/CRO partners. Candidates must have a broad based experience of Pharmaceutical research and development including clinical trial conduct, sound knowledge of GCP and a good understanding of the processes associated with study/project management, monitoring, clinical and regulatory operations, particularly pertaining to study start up activities.
