Clinton, Jackson, & East Feliciana Residents cannot afford to run its Parish or pay its water bills but can afford inmate refugees outside of geographical classifucation area of non-residents that dont pay taxes in anyones parish for property or otherwise outside of New Orleans & assist in circumvention of charges for crimes committed while incarcerated inmate #387238 Kevin Joseph Duchane while improperly supervised havent extradited him back after submitting false information to obtain transfer after being sanctioned further carries the expense of his legal obligations that he initiated within another domiciled parish, the cost of imprisonment, fund criminal activities, and force the state of LOUISIANA to care for his jail babies...without holding him in any way ACCOUNTABLE you gone learn to start asking questions about where your money went & what it being used for & by whom!!! A bunch of avoidable nonsense that shouldnt have happened if the people your paying to do a job had actually done it but they still recieved their bi-weekly checks in addition to thousands of $ dollars in bonus checks on your tab...is that NOT fraud & collecting retirement!?!?!! It pays to be a criminal is the prescedent being set the very one responsible for public safety & rehabilitation Perfect Example 2 Bad They Cant Lead By It!!!!!
