Cloning any account is pure criminal offence for which liability to prosecution of the culprits or parties is clear under any law. There is no need to be alarmed or issuing disclaimer statements if your account was cloned, hacked or even facebook gave your information illegally. You cannot stop criminals from committing their act of crime, but you can obtain a reparation for any harm done afterwards. The good thing is that good lawyers allow the criminals to deny their acts first before proving to them they have guilty or stupid. We all can recognise the wrong acts when done under the guise of government espionage against any citizen of the world. Do not fret or be alarmed, stay cool.
