Clouds have been thinning across Long Island and southeastern Connecticut over the hour which has allowed some peeks of sun! We still anticipate mostly cloudy skies to prevail today, even where the sun does briefly peek through. Temperatures have warmed into the upper 60s where the clouds have thinned, with temperatures remaining in the lower 60s around New York City, Northeast New Jersey, and the Lower Hudson Valley.
