Cloverleaf Local Schools is inviting students, parents, and the community to a special event focused on providing awareness and relevant information regarding the growing epidemic of substance use and addiction in our communities. Rob Brandt from “Robby’s Voice”, a community organization dedicated to drug abuse prevention efforts will be at Cloverleaf Elementary School on October 6th, at 7:00 PM. This event is available through the efforts of Cloverleaf Prevention and Cloverleaf Community Prevention Coalition. Cloverleaf Prevention is a service provided to our students by Deb Bican, Brandy Miracle, and Deputy Dave Pries to address issues of substance use and other issues of concern through education and intervention (funded by the Medina County Drug Abuse Commission). Cloverleaf Community Prevention Coalition is a community based group, founded by the Cloverleaf Prevention staff to address growing concerns of the epidemic opiate use in our community. Robby’s Voice will also be presenting to our high school students on October 3rd and our 7th and 8th grade students on October 14th.
