Club Manager Industry: Hospitality Location: Nairobi Salary: Ksh 50,000 - 70,000 gross Our client is an entertainment spot with a Hotel, Nightclub, and Conference Facilities. They seek to hire a Club Manager to run operations of the night club Duties & Responsibilities Makes sure that the club operates efficiently and effectively Oversee food preparation, oversee staff, and guarantee first-rate customer service. In charge of executing, controlling all processes related to cash handling, Managing purchasing and other important procedures in the club Recruiting, training and arranging the work schedule of the clubs staff Make sure that the club complies with healthy and safety standard of the council Supervise the cash flow, handles bank-related duties Act as a negotiator in the event of any dispute. Ensure that the high standard operating procedures of the club is maintained.
