Clubs not allowing patrons admission because of visible neck/hand tattoos is a joke. Not all tattooed people are scum. Also saying it is up to the discression of Security on the night is a cop out. What if your security guard on the night is just a hateful person who associates tattoos with gang activity? Or just plain outright hates them? If you allow tattooed DJs and bands to play at your venue, then surely patrons have the same right of entry? Since, you know, your club would make no revenue without people coming in?
