Coachable I have learned after many years of management that people that do the best always remain coachable. Michael Jordan ruled the basketball world and was the greatest of all time, but at one point he was cut from his high school team. He was fortunate to be coached by two Hall Of Fame coaches in college and the pros and they no doubt brought his full potential to the surface! Find yourself a highly skilled coach with a proven track record and implement their tools and systems for ultimate success. However, you must remain humble, coachable and consistent to reach higher pinnacles! Dont settle for less!
