Coaches Rant....I hear 90%of our people say they love Doing RUMBLES!! 1)they love pushing hard for each min trying to see how many Reps they can get at each station and trying to better their score each round!! 2)Others love to use RUMBLES as an active recovery day, including our BioMoga PT specialist. 3)Others love the chance to unleash their aggression on the bags and 4)some wear monitoring devices to see the 500-700cal burn in the 25min. So to the 10% of whiners... Please score at least 350+ on Fight Gone Bad before you complain again, this if functional Fitness!! Do things you suck at and hate so you can become more well rounded! Im just saying Please Dont tell Me, a professional UFC main event Coach, about your high school/college/party/bar fights and knock outs, and then not want to punch the bags in a Wod! We Rumble because its different, it can be super hard, its a ramped up version of old school military circuit training! Attack a RUMBLE with bad intentions and you will be on the floor at the finish I promise you!! And you may indeed break into the 300+ club on FGB!! We will ALWAYS RUMBLE once, twice, shit maybe the whole week, or sometimes not at all! Its Constantly varied functional movements preformed at high intensity!!! Its part if our program. So suck it up buttercup. The end.
