Coachs Confession: I have a weakness for crappy instant coffee. Like Sanka crappy. Living in Seattle, this is paramount to the most grievous of sins. But my instant coffee crystals dissolved in a little hot milk takes me back to Mexico as a little girl, visiting my grandmother on her ranch and having her make me cafe con leche on cold evenings. It was the only time I was allowed to have coffee growing up, so it was very special! And the milk was fresh off the cow! So this morning, Im sipping on some instant and thinking about that. I also have a weakness for Oreo cookies. In my 20s Id eat half a bag, dipped in coffee or lattes, right before my period. While I dont do this anymore, Im still known to drink crappy gas station coffee and have a six count sleeve of Oreos on long road trips. Do you still indulge in any junk food treats from your childhood? What are your favorites?
