Coal-dependent Indiana will have to cut its carbon emissions by 20 percent by 2030 under new requirements outlined by the EPA. Indianas Sierra Club says the goal is doable, but Gov. Pence claims the proposed regulations will be devastating for Hoosier workers and families. What do you think?
