Coconut Oil KFP! This is directly from the OU - Based on careful research we have found that Organic Virgin Coconut Oil from Spectrum when bearing the OU symbol is kosher for Pesach this year (2014) as well. I just bought it at Kroger but Im sure all the large grocery stores carry it as well as Whole Foods. Coconut Oil is the healthiest oil after Safflower Oil which we cannot get this year in Houston. I use it all the time-no there is no coconut taste-a little expensive but considering all the oil that is used during Pesach-youre better off with this kind. Make sure you get the Spectrum Organic Virgin - I think Yismo at Kroger is putting a sign next to one that is KFP. Chag Kasher VSameach!
