Code Enforcement Reminders: Code Chapter 116 Article 4 Section 31.1C Swimming Pools and Artificial Bodies of Water All outdoor swimming pools or artificial bodies of water capable of holding water to a depth of four feet or more must be entirely enclosed by a fence not less than four feet high. The fence must contain no vertical interspace of more than two inches, as well as no horizontal rail or component on the outside usable as a footstep. The fence must also satisfy the minimum requirements as they are listed in Chapter 116 Article 4 Section 31.1C of the Township’s Code: ecode360/11709218
