Cody, male 6 year old long coat, and Cali, female 7 year old short coat, are two beautiful and affectionate pure German Shepherd Dogs up for adoption. After their owner suffered an injury and lost everything including their home, this extremely friendly pair moved to a metal shed. They were rescued from a near death situation with rising temperature causing a race for rescue. Under emergency circumstances and no other place to go, Howling Woods Farm took them in. Pictures of previous living conditions are below. Both dogs were once well trained, but are responding very well to readjustment to walking on the leash without pulling and reestablishing good habits. Cody loves to play fetch and both know basic commands such as sit and paw. They also have no food aggression which can attest to their super sweet personality.
