The duo has always been masters in screenwriting and this crafty tale of a couple in search of parenthood and rediscovering love and life is sure to bowl you out! Dramatic in every way and shot and edited likewise, Raising Arizona is a roller coaster ride with enjoyable performances from Nicolas Cage, Holly Hunter and John Goodman! The coens have always been auteurs when it comes to designing their characters...embarking different shades of reality and hyper-reality and philosophy of life in them..and this 1 and half hours of watch again proved that! The influence of western classics was evident in terms of shot breakdown,with that ending almost resembling like a ranch show-down!Leone-ese!maybe!Thank you Ethan and Joel Coens for this comedy drama :)
