Colborn was a pioneer of the science of toxicology. Have you read her book Our Stolen Future drawing world-wide attention to scientific discoveries about endocrine disruption? It will be many years/generations before we fully comprehend the depth and meaning of her research. Today there are around 80,000 chemicals that exist in food and consumer products, and 1,500 new synthetic chemicals are introduced into the marketplace every year.
