Cold Brew Coffee. So #seattle! It’s simple, delicious and contains a higher nutrient density content than other brewing methods. This method of “brewing” coffee, brews coffee over a longer duration of time without heating the ground coffee beans. Heating destroys enzymes and nutrients. Forget the coffee machines, heating methods, and any other process that makes coffee brewing more complicated than 1, 2, 3. 1. Ground your coffee beans. 2. Add filtered water to ground beans and place in fridge 8-12 hours. 3. Strain and Voilà --- Seattle Style Iced Coffee - Cold Brew. Did we mention this version is less acidic and contains less caffeine? Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels. Ingredients: • 1 cup ground coffee • 5 cups filtered water *Need a nut mylk bag, cheesecloth, or small strainer for catch the ground beans. Directions: 1. Add ground coffee to large ball jar or pitcher. 2. Place in fridge for 8-12 hours. 3. Strain. We prefer using a nut mylk bag. 4. Enjoy!
