Cold War Images BERLIN/KIEV (Own report) - An German expert on Eastern Europe is raising strong criticism of Berlins policy toward and German media coverage of Ukraine. Berlin and the EU have been systematically ignoring Russian cooperation proposals for years and massively provoking Moscow, observes Stefan Meister, a specialist on Russia at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR).
