Cold front still on the way and looks to definitely bring cooler - TopicsExpress

Cold front still on the way and looks to definitely bring cooler temperatures in time for the weekend and Friday Night plans may involve a light jacket because temperatures may dip into the lower 50s and upper 40s for lows in some locations. I expect thunderstorms to develop along or just west of the I-35 corridor on Thursday, and that involves a line that would develop from Montague on down to Parker County and moves and strengthens the further east it gets. Not many people will see rain west of I-35. The further east you go towards East Texas, the better your chances of rain will be. The chances of rain may be iffy, but the chances of cooler weather arent iffy. No matter if we get rain or not, we will definitely see cooler temperatures. I expect temperatures to moderate out by Monday and reach the lower 90s by Tuesday. Still waiting on that significant cold front to cool us down for the next three to four months, but I am just not seeing it. - Chris Barrows
